Exchange Policy – Eemie's Basics

At Eemie's Basics, we take pride in our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds/returns, but we do offer exchanges under certain circumstances.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order only in the following cases:

  1. Defective or damaged items – If your item arrives damaged or faulty.
  2. Incorrect items – If the product you received is not the same as described or shown on our website.

  3. We will not cover shipping costs for returns unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
