Exchange Policy – Eemie's Basics
At Eemie's Basics, we take pride in our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds/returns, but we do offer exchanges under certain circumstances.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order only in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged items – If your item arrives damaged or faulty.
- Incorrect items – If the product you received is not the same as described or shown on our website.

Important Notes
- Exchanges are processed only under the two cases listed above.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging (unless the item is defective).
- We will not cover shipping costs for returns unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
